Dark Chocolate Zucchini Brownies


½ cup BARE NUT Almond Butter

½ Avocado

1 large Zucchini (shredded)

1 egg

1 scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder

¼ cup Cocoa

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Raw Honey

1 tsp Baking Soda

Walnuts (optional) & Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Shred Zucchini into mixing bowl
  3. Mix all ingredients in bowl with zucchini
  4. Pour brownie batter into greased pan
  5. Bake at 350 for approximately 25-30 minutes

Passionut Butter Cups


10 tbsp – BARE NUT Almond Butter

10 oz – Dark Chocolate

1.5 tbsp – Coconut Oil


Muffin Pan (mini-muffin size preferred)

Muffin cups


  1. Line muffin tin with muffin cups (if you do not have muffin cups, grease tin with coconut oil)
  2. Carefully melt dark chocolate with coconut oil on the stove top on low heat (or microwave, stirring occasionally)
  3. Pour 1 spoonful of chocolate into each muffin cup
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of BARE NUT Almond Butter on top of chocolate
  5. Pour 1 spoonful over Passionut butter
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes
Overnight Passionut Oats


2 tbsp – BARE NUT Almond Butter

½ cup – Oats

1 tbsp – Chia Seeds (Optional)

½ cup – Unsweetened (Vanilla) Almond Milk (Coconut/Cashew Milk Work Well Too)

¼ tsp – Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp – Vanilla Wheypur (optional)

Optional Additions

1 oz – Dark Chocolate Chips

1 oz – Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans, and Cashews Are Our Favorites!)

¼ cup – Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Sliced Strawberries

Sliced Bananas

Finely Diced Apple


  1. Mix with a spoon: oats, chia seeds, and any additional toppings in bowl
  2. Mix almond milk, vanilla, and BARE NUT Almond Butter in a separate bowl. It is okay if BARE NUT Almond Butter is not smoothly mixed.
  3. Poor 1/3 of dry mixture into a bowl, mug, or Mason jar followed by 1/3 of dry mixture. Repeat until full.
  4. Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, occasionally stirring.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
Sweet Potato Pancakes


1 Large Sweet Potato

4 Eggs

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

¼ tsp Baking Powder

Dash of Cinnamon

2 tbsp BARE NUT Almond Butter (we blended in cocoa here!)

Blueberries (optional)

Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)


  1. Cover sweet potato in damp paper towel and microwave for 5 minutes
  2. Chop sweet potato into pieces in place in food processor or blender
  3. Add eggs, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon to blender
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Heat skillet or frying pan on medium heat
  6. Pour batter into pan and top with chocolate chips or blueberries (optional)
  7. Spread BARE NUT Almond Butter over hot pancakes and enjoy!

Ants on a Log


Large celery stalks

BARE NUT Almond Butter (we blended in cinnamon here!)

Almonds or other nuts


  1. Wash and chop the celery stalks into 4-6 inch “logs”
  2. Fill center cavity with BARE NUT Almond Butter
  3. Top with almonds
  4. Enjoy!

Additional Toppings

Raisins or dried cranberries add a pop or sweetness


Honey Oat Bars


1 ½ cup – Oats

½ cup –BARE NUT Almond Butter

¼ cup – Honey

1/4 cup – Unsweetened Coconut

¼ cup – Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)


  1. Line a small pan (banana bread pans work great) with parchment paper.
  2. Coat paper with thin layer of coconut oil (non-stick sprays work too) to prevent sticking
  3. Mix together all ingredients in bowl
  4. Press mixture into pan
  5. Freeze (the texture is great!)

Healthy Dessert Crepe


3 Egg Whites

¼ Cup – Oats (Blended)

½ scoop – Protein Powder (Our favorite is Vanilla WheyPϋr™ available at Epibolics.com)

BARE NUT Almond Butter

2oz – Dark Chocolate

½ tsp – Coconut Oil


  1. Blend oats until they turn into a flour
  2. Add egg whites and protein powder into a blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
  3. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil (be careful not to burn)
  4. Pour mixture into a thin layer in a hot skillet or pan and cook like a pancake
  5. Gently spread BARE NUT Almond Butter onto crepe and drizzle with melted dark chocolate
  6. Optional: top with sliced strawberries or bananas
Energy Bites


1 cup – Oats

½ cup –BARE NUT Almond Butter

¼ cup – Crushed Walnuts

½ cup – Dark Chocolate Chips

¼ cup – Honey

¼ cup – Flaxseed

¼ cup – Coconut Flakes (optional)

1 scoop – Vanilla WheyPϋr™ (optional)


  1. Mix ingredients in bowl
  2. Make into small balls and place on wax paper
  3. Refrigerate
